Mirauti Church was where the coronation of the prince and first residence of Moldova Metropolitan. Experts attribute the first foundation of Mirăuţilor to Peter I, as of today, but is due to the work of KA Romstorfer, between 1898 and 1901, when he rebuilt it. Rebuilt once by Stephen the Great, was rebuilt in the eighteenth century and again in the nineteenth century, the last building is done in the years 1996-2000. It is assumed that the current construction would broadly, the plan of the old church, has triconch plan with belltower joined the southern wall of the narthex. Archaeological research in 1956 found fragments of stone inside the tomb which belonged Evdochiei of Kiev, first wife of Stephen the Great.
